Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason the product is not satisfactory, you can request a return/exchange via our email: [email protected] within 30 days from the date you receive the item.

START RETURNS

Before you send the goods back to us, please notify us of your wishes via email: support@ janick.store so that we can review and instruct you to send the goods back to us.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include any documents, tags or accessories that came with the product.

Send the product back to us using a trackable shipping method

Once we receive the product and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

You should also note the following things;

– Shipping fees are non-refundable.

– We hope this return policy provides clear and concise information to your customers and helps simplify the return process.

– Note: The address on the package is not the return address, so please contact us first!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in new condition with the original label and cleaning liner included. within 15 days from the date of delivery.

– Please note that we do not accept returns after the 30 day time frame.

– Our items must be returned in original condition.

– Remember to pack your return packages extra carefully so they don’t get damaged on the way.

– To ensure a successful return, please return using standard shipping that provides tracking.

– For returns, any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items.

– Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

If you need to return items, please contact us for the return address. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within one week after we receive your return information.

WHAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED RETURNS

Items that are gift cards, products that are part of a promotion, or products marked as “final item” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products that are more than 30 days old from the date you received them from us.

Items returned without prior contact.

CANCEL ORDER

Your order will be refunded in full if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you decide to cancel your order. For orders canceled after 48 hours of purchase but before delivery, you may be charged cancellation fees. We will not accept cancellation requests if the order has already been delivered.

COMPENSATION

Your return will be processed within 3-5 days after we receive your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternative cards or other forms of payment.
