RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return or exchange within 35 days of receiving the product. Please email your request to [email protected].
START A RETURN
Before sending your product back to us, please notify us via email to [email protected] so we can guide you through the return process.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with any documentation, tags or accessories that may be included.
Send the product back via a trackable shipping service to ensure safety and to allow us to check the shipping status.
Once we have received and confirmed that the product is in its original condition, we will process a refund or send a replacement via your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Except for items that are clearly marked as “non-returnable” on our website, we accept returns for unused, unwashed, unworn items with original tags within 35 days of receipt.
After 35 days, we will not accept returns.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Please package carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
To ensure success, please use a tracked shipping service.
Any promotional gifts included with the item must also be returned.
Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN:
Gift cards, promotional items, or items marked as “final items” will not be eligible for exchange or return.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You will receive a full refund if your order is canceled within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations made after 48 hours of placing your order but before delivery may incur a cancellation fee. We do not accept cancellations after the product has been shipped.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment and cannot be credited to other cards or payment methods.
